Download Hid Compliant Touch Screen Driver Installer Windows 10

I have the same issue with my touch screen. I tried to find a driver for the HID Compliant Touchscreen but it is not in my device manager. It is also missing in Acer/support/drivers. Anyone know where to download it. My notebook is the V3-575T, but I am sure that it would be the same for any aspire 15.6' screen. This page serves as a warning about other driver sites that offer so called tools to download touchscreen drivers for Windows 10 or 8. Firstly none of them have the drivers that are required. Drivers are almost always built into Windows. If your touch screen isn’t working there are few scenarios. Device Manager show that HID compliant touch screen gray under the Human Interface Device and does not have the option to disable or disable. Checking under the 'about this computer' under settings, it reported No Pen or Touch input available for this display. I am running Window 10 Pro that was upgraded from Window 8. The later is ment for a Spectre 15-ap000 x360. The installation failed and i lost all touchscreen functionnality after that. In device manager, HID-compliant touch screen is missing and therefore i cannot update the driver. Is there a way i can re-install the touchscreen diver. A system restore doen not work for some reason.

All the fixes below work in Windows 10, 8.1 and 7. You might not have to try them all; just work your way down the list until the problem goes away.

Fix 1: Show hidden devices

There’s a good chance that you’ve accidentally hidden your HIP Compliant touch screen, hence the HIP Compliant touch screen not showing problem. If that’s the case, you should un-hide it. Here’s how:

1) On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time, then type devmgmt.msc into the box and press Enter.

2) Click View and then click Show hidden devices.

3) Click Action > Scan for hardware changes.

4) Check if your HIP Compliant touch screen shows up under Human Interface Devices now. If yes, then great! But if it’s no joy, you should move on to Fix 2, below.

Fix 2: Update your HID-complaint touch screen driver

This problem may occur if you are using the wrong HID-compliant driver or it’s out of date. So you should update your HID-compliant driver driver to see if it fixes your problem.

If you don’t have the time, patience or skills to update the driver manually, you can do it automatically with Driver Easy.

Driver Easy takes care of it all.

You can update your drivers automatically with either the Free or the Pro version of Driver Easy. But with the Pro version it takes just 2 clicks (and you get full support and a 30-day money back guarantee):
